Terms of Service

Overview
CheveningPrep provides AI-assisted preparation support for Chevening applicants. The platform helps users diagnose applicant positioning, build application strategy, draft and revise essays, evaluate materials, practice interview pressure, and organize saved materials in an Application workspace.
By using CheveningPrep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AI Preparation Support, Not Professional Advice
CheveningPrep is not Chevening, a university, a law firm, an immigration adviser, or an admissions consultancy. It does not provide legal, immigration, academic admissions, scholarship-selection, or official Chevening advice.
Every output is a preparation sample only. Before using any output in a real application, you must review it against your own facts, evidence, official Chevening guidance, university requirements, and any professional advice you choose to obtain.
Preparation Support, Not a Guarantee
CheveningPrep does not guarantee scholarship selection, admission, interview success, visa approval, university offers, or any other outcome.
Chevening decisions are made by the relevant official bodies and reviewers. Our tools help you prepare more clearly and responsibly; they do not replace your judgment or official guidance.
Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for all materials you submit to Chevening, universities, employers, or any third party.
- You must verify every AI-generated claim, metric, job title, professional relationship, partnership, course detail, date, and outcome before using it.
- You should not submit false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims.
- You must follow Chevening rules, university rules, and any other applicable application requirements.
Accounts, Credits, and Payments
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Each account is for one applicant only. You may not share, resell, transfer, or use an account for multiple applicants or on behalf of others. If we identify shared use, resale, or bulk use, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate account access.
We may assess consistency across essay materials, applicant profile, usage behavior, and training records to identify shared use, resale, or bulk use on behalf of others.
Some CheveningPrep tools use credits. Credits are consumed when usage-based AI tools are run and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription, one-time purchase, and credit package terms are shown at purchase.
Acceptable Use and Availability
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent application materials, account abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass credits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
We aim to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers, or other third-party services may affect availability or output quality.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheveningPrep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or application outcomes.
