Overview
CheveningPrep is a reviewer-intelligence preparation platform for Chevening applicants. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we handle application materials, AI requests, analytics, logs, and anti-sharing signals.
Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data. You should only provide information that is useful for preparing your application, 300-word essays, or interview practice.
Information You Provide
- Account information: email address, name, avatar, login information, and account preferences.
- Application materials: Applications, diagnosis outputs, blueprints, essay drafts, essay evaluations, follow-up coaching, interview sessions, and preparation reports saved by you.
- Playground drafts and versions: the current Excellent Essay Playground editing draft may be stored in your browser. Evaluated or manually saved Playground versions are saved to your account's Playground version history. When you generate a sample, run an evaluation, or save a version, the relevant content is processed for that request.
- AI request content: background, essay text, instructions, interview answers, and related context you send to CheveningPrep tools.
- Payment and billing information: payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support messages: information you send when you contact us for feedback, support, or refund review.
Application Storage
CheveningPrep stores Applications and saved materials so you can return to your workspace, continue the workflow, compare essay versions, save interview sessions, and generate reports.
You control what you enter and save. Do not include private information about other people unless it is necessary, appropriate, and handled responsibly.
Analytics and Logs
We use operational analytics and structured logs to understand reliability, usage, credit consumption, failures, refunds, and workflow health.
Our analytics and logs are designed not to store essay text, background text, prompts, user answers, raw provider payloads, API keys, raw IP addresses, full user agents, or payment card details.
Founder analytics are operational only. They show aggregated tool usage, applicant category, success/failure counts, credit usage, response times, and account-risk signals. They are not a content review system.
Anti-Sharing Signals
To protect paid access and reduce account sharing, we may store hashed metadata such as hashed IP signals, hashed browser or device signals, event type, route, and timestamp. These signals are used to detect unusual multi-device or high-volume activity. We do not store raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings for this purpose.
AI Providers
CheveningPrep uses third-party AI providers to process AI requests you choose to run, such as diagnosis, narrative blueprints, essay generation and evaluation, Playground samples, follow-up training, and interview outputs. When you run an AI tool, we send only the relevant content needed to process that request.
Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for your preparation. AI outputs should be reviewed and verified before use.
